The returned goods/products will be checked with the goods should be in the good condition.
The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received.
If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.
The goods sold at marked down prices due to defect(s) cannot be returned.
Goods cannot be exchanged or returned due to personal reason.
Innerwear cannot be exchanged or returned due to our strict hygiene policy.
Only product(s) within Malaysia can be exchanged or returned.
JQ Atelier reserves the right to reject requests for returns and/or refunds where

(i) such requests are deemed habitual in our sole and absolute discretion; and/or
(ii) there is suspicion of purchase for the purposes of resale.
JQ Atelier will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within JQ Atelier after the confirmation.
Exchange & return policy is within 3 days from the date of received .
Terms for refund policy is within 5 working days. No immediate refund.
Terms for refund policy amount will also be subjected to deduction of 5% of the total amount of the bill as for the service fee. Reimbursement of the refund will only be 95% of the total bill.
JQ Atelier reserves the right for final decision.
